Bob reached out to me as soon as the below review was sent. I would delete the original review but it won’t let me add another if I do. Today, Bob and his wife Jenelle (Janelle..sp?) opened the doors for our crew at 1:00 and served us himself. It was wonderful, thoughtful, and a blessing. The kids got to be a part of it. They loved every second. David, employee 2 in below post, showed up at 1:00, apologized to me and walked in to ask Mr. Bob if he could help serve us today. WITHOUT MR. BOB ASKING HIM TO BE THERE...how respectful is that?!? It was absolutely wonderful. We will be returning every time we make it back up here.
The employees were terrible. I walked in with my children, nieces and cousins. I know it was a big crowd, and they are young. But they were the most well behaved children, always are. The employee behind the counter turned around and had to have like a pep talk to himself because he had to actually do his job. Seriously? Employee 1: “Why would someone bring in this many kids? That’s a lot of ice cream. Oh my goodness.” Other employee: “You got this dude. I know you get stressed!”
And here’s there thing, I get stress and I get sarcasm. This, this was total disrespect. Made me feel completely unwelcome. As I was checking out, I told employee 2 that I have never felt so unwelcome or heartbroken over my children. He apologized in the only awkward way he knew how to. But, it was so empty stated, it made it worse.
Never will I be back.

Thanks Bob!!
