My family went this evening and our experience was wonderful!! The ice cream was so fresh and creamy. We got a few ice cream sandwiches and the cookies were made to perfection. My family will definitely be back. The customer service was awesome and the ladies were very helpful!!

I remember when they first opened. I bought several kinds of cookies. They were all amazing! I loved the scripture on the box. When I found out the owners were Christians, I told my friends to support them. Today I took my Mom and got her favorite-chocolate chip. She said tell them, “I was in heaven!”

I ordered a half dozen $7.50
the peanut butter ones I ordered were fresh out of the oven so they were really soft. and amazing salted carmel cookies as well.. actually all the cookies are a amazing.
this is one place that is a *Must* go to..

These cookies are delicious and I have used the delivery service several times to family and friends after medical procedures, to celebrate an anniversary, and a birthday. The deliveries can be placed same day and are very cost friendly!

Warm Cookie Company I am changing my review to recommend because i did see that you took care of the customers. Mistakes will always happen, it is how we handle them. started off rocky with that one customer but if you could take care of her after that to where she would change her rating to a five then you must be doing something right! i will definitely give you a try because i know that i will be taken care of at the Warm Cookie Company.

Bob reached out to me as soon as the below review was sent. I would delete the original review but it won’t let me add another if I do. Today, Bob and his wife Jenelle (Janelle..sp?) opened the doors for our crew at 1:00 and served us himself. It was wonderful, thoughtful, and a blessing. The kids got to be a part of it. They loved every second. David, employee 2 in below post, showed up at 1:00, apologized to me and walked in to ask Mr. Bob if he could help serve us today. WITHOUT MR. BOB ASKING HIM TO BE THERE...how respectful is that?!? It was absolutely wonderful. We will be returning every time we make it back up here.

so, we stopped in for the intrigue of nitrogen ice cream... he leans in and tells me to pick. flavors, mix-ins... it was fun to watch and see how the ice cream is made. it's deliciously creamy and a bit thicker than "normal" ice cream. absolutely delicious! I had peach ice cream with pecans chopped up into it. we'll definitely be back.

I'm not a huge cookie person, and I honestly didn't think this would be much more than...well, a cookie lol. Oh, how wrong I was! These are better than even any homemade cookie I have ever tried! I just devoured 3. My favorite so far is the "berry delight ". The thickness of these cookies is something to be mentioned, too. They don't skimp, let me tell you! Just go try for yourself!

Been meaning to try this place, and just hadn't made it there until tonight! Arrived close to closing and though there were many others there with the same good idea we had, we were helped with quick and friendly service. Now let me tell you about the cookies! Oh, the cookies were amazing! If I had to pick a favorite of what i tried I would say the salted caramel! Aaaaaahhhhhhhmazing! And the coffee was a nice compliment! Definitely try this place!
